Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation for the products/services should be done by sending an email to within 24 Hours of purchase of the product or service from this Website.

The email must clearly state the reason for cancelling the product or service, and mention the contact information of the Customer. The refund request will be reviewed by our internal team, and the Customer maybe approached by our staff for remedial actions.

Full amount paid by the Customer for the specific product or service (less merchant transaction charge of 3 % will be deducted) and the balance amount will be refunded. All refunds will be made within 15 working days from the purchase of goods or products.
